• Responsibilities :
  
  • Support project team in yearly planning and budgeting and regular monitoring of the expenditure trend;
  • Financial reporting and preserving all financial & procurement documents;
  • Comply with donor compliance and financial guideline;
  • Have computer skill in MS Office package;
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits and provide technical assistance to the following pilot institutes (Rajshahi, Barisal, Rajbari, Nilphamari and Panchagarh districts level) and monitor ESS and CG&C pilots in different Polytechnic & TSC and ensure CV upload, collection and uploading of job vacancies and job placement by the pilot institutes;
  • Support BIG&C in implementing PPP;
  • The consultant should travel to these project sites, assist the Polytechnic/TSC with necessary guidance and regularly update ILO-BSEP through BIGC on the progress;
  • Conduct the satisfaction survey of users of the cell and other related survey report;
  • Assist Principal in organizing workshops, job fairs etc.;
  • Coordinate with the Ceramic ISC in regard to its deliverables on apprenticeships, industry survey, vacancy collection and uploading;
  • Analyze ESS user’s data;
  • Coordinate and liaise with ILO Component 1 team members for regular update of the partners on ESS.

• Education :

  Graduate/ Bachelor Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance/Computer.

• Experience : --8 Years


• Required Skills :

  At least 8 year(s) of relevant experience preferably in TVET related areas. Experience in job placement and career counselling will be preferred.
